WorkFlowe Solutions Pricing & Retainer Policy

1. Retainer Agreements & Prepaid Hours

- Retainers secure ongoing administrative or logistics compliance support at a discounted rate.

- Clients prepay for a set number of hours per month, based on their selected package.

- Unused hours do not roll over to the next month unless explicitly agreed upon.

- Retainer clients receive priority scheduling over one-time or pay-as-you-go clients.

2. Hourly Billing & Pay-As-You-Go

- Clients who do not opt for a retainer may request support at an hourly rate.

- A minimum number of hours per request applies (e.g., 5-hour minimum for Virtual Assistance,

3-hour minimum for Logistics).

- Hourly work is prepaid, and additional time beyond the estimate will be billed accordingly.

3. One-Time Services (Flat-Fee Compliance Services)

- One-time compliance filings (e.g., MCS-150, 2290 filings, UCR filings, etc.) are billed at a flat rate

per service.

- Clients must provide all necessary documents before service begins.

- If corrections are needed due to client-provided errors, additional fees may apply.

4. Custom Service Packages

- Clients requiring a combination of services may receive a customized support plan.

- Custom plans are quoted individually and require an initial consultation.

- Work begins only after agreement and initial payment.

5. Payment Terms & Late Fees

- All payments are due upfront before services begin.

- Late payments may result in service suspension until payment is received.

- A late fee may apply to overdue invoices beyond 7 days.

6. Scope of Work & Additional Hours

- Each package outlines a specific scope of services.

- Requests beyond the agreed-upon scope will require additional hours or a custom quote.

- Any rush requests (work requiring completion within 24 hours) may incur an expedited

service fee.

7. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

- Retainers are non-refundable once the service period begins.

- If a client cancels before work starts, a partial refund may be issued at WorkFlowe Solutions

discretion.

- For ongoing retainers, a minimum of 30 days' notice is required for cancellation.

- One-time services are non-refundable once filing or administrative work has begun.

8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

- WorkFlowe Solutions maintains strict confidentiality regarding client data.

- No client information will be shared, sold, or disclosed without written consent.

- Secure handling of sensitive business and compliance documents is a top priority.
